Core Responsibilities
- Administer the best level of care and service to our patrons.
- Organize workflow and understands duties or delegated tasks.
- Advanced product knowledge.
- Receiving cash and providing change back to customers.
- Manage time efficiently and effectively
- Monitory inventory levels, assess product needs and communicate them to the proper people
- POS operations including creating new orders, adjusting open orders, adding items, discounts, applying loyalty points, voiding items, cashing out orders, and reprinting receipts
- Pass on information to upper management from patrons and vice versa
- Stay current on laws and city ordinances
- Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with management and employees
- Work with others to create a positive environment to serve our patrons best

Education and Experience
Working Conditions
Positions in this class require: typing, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions. May be required to lift up to 25 pounds, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects while completing essential functions. This position is comprised of sedentary work, which involves sitting at a computer a majority of the workday; walking and standing are required only occasionally. The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer screen, handling smartphone devices, and reading extensively. The office environment is climate controlled and little outside activity. Ability to transport product as necessary for customers.
